Somatic & Nervous System Teacher
Practical nervous system regulation. Simple somatic tools for the moment it’s actually happening. That’s the Steps Between the Steps.
A free 30-minute conversation. No pressure, no pitch.
The gap nobody teaches
You’ve read all the books. You still react the same way.
You know what you should do. You have the insight.
You’ve done the journaling, the affirmations, maybe even the big retreat. And then a Tuesday afternoon happens. Someone says the thing, the old feeling rises, and your body does what it has always done.
Insight is not the problem. Insight was never the problem.
The body can keep responding to an old experience long after the mind understands it. Real change lives in the moments after the insight: what you do when you’re triggered, when you’re afraid, when your body wants to react the way it always has.
Those are the steps between the steps.
How I work
Patterns, not personality.
You are not a fixed state
The ways you think, react, cope, and shrink are not who you are. They are patterns. And patterns can change.
The body leads
Change happens through the nervous system, not willpower. Small, intentional somatic experiences show your body it can respond differently.
Tools for the moment
You leave every session with something you can do. A physical tool that works when life is actually happening, not three hours later.
The program
Six weeks. One on one. In person.
I work with you privately over six weeks, building your personal set of tools around the patterns that keep showing up in your life.
- Weekly private sessionsIn person, one on one. Your patterns, your nervous system, your pace.
- A personal somatic toolkitSimple physical practices matched to your triggers, built and refined together.
- The steps between the stepsSmall daily practices between sessions. This is where the change actually happens.
- A different responseSix weeks later you don’t just understand your patterns. You respond differently when they arrive.
“The tool can be simple. The transformation can be profound. I know that because I have lived it.”

About me
On April 12, 2020, I nearly died.
In a hospital bed, I made a decision: if I got to live, I was going to live differently. What followed was an education in transformation, through study, training, teachers, and the lived experience of rebuilding a life from the inside out.
Today I teach what I had to discover slowly, piece by piece.
Start with a conversation.
I work with a small number of one-on-one clients at a time. The first step is a free 30-minute conversation to see if it’s a good fit. If it’s not, I’ll tell you.
